Every OMG Carrot product is packed with extreme care in sterilized food-grade protective packaging, lined with shock-absorbent materials and accompanied by quality seals to prevent any leakage or damage during transit.

In the rare event that your product packaging is damaged during transit, please take a photo of the package and contact us immediately at our Contact Page. We will arrange for an immediate priority replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
